  1. Reading an article about the Iraq war in The Economist today, I aw in an interview with a U.S. officer that the euphemism “force” for “killing people” has now been replaced with the euphemism for “force”: “kinetics”. Please make a note of it.
  2. My cat is hungry all the time, yet barfs a lot. She’s seriously like a dog now in that every time I get up she assumes it’s food time. I’m thinking we’re not feeding her enough, but I don’t want her to get fat again. Worry.

Yup, got ’em in Maine, too, robotic deer. What’s the urban equivalent–“caught him red-handed smoking the robotic crack” or maybe a robotic car that drives the speed limit to try to entrap road ragers.

Maybe a robotic teenaged girl that calls the cops by radio when raped with a Snapple bottle would be handy for the offspring of the “quality” around here.

Yeah, you could probably borrow a robotic jailbait from Maine, too. Need a mod for the Snapple, of course, Maine isn’t exactly Snapple country.

If you’re cat’s puking more than once or twice a month, it might be a good idea to take her to the vet to rule out cardiac problems. When Row had her puke-fest in 2004, it was related to a hyperthyroidism-related heart murmur.

She’s had her share of medical problems, but the vet says this is just hairball. Considering she’s already had a kidney out, she doesn’t need any more illnesses! But I will definitely mention this again.

hairball was my first thought (although i would certainly keep an eye out for something more serious). i’ve had the same problem with my giant ball of fur in that she eats and almost immediately pukes up the undigested cat food and then is still hungry so she eats again. i read it’s because the hairball is blocking where ever it is the food wants to go so it comes right back out.
i give her this Bezo Pet stuff. it’s a lubricant that tastes like fish and seems to really help. not sure if you can get it in the states but there must be many other products like it.
prolly you know all this already but, fwiw, there are my 2 cents.
