  1. I’m not necessarily opposed to posthumous marketing tie-ins (when she dies, Joni Mitchell’s memory would be well-served by a line of commemorative crotch bats) but this is pretty awful.

  2. Not the first time
    Back in the ’80s, Johnny Cash allowed Canada Trust to use his name to brand their new ATMs and debit cards. The start of every ATM session began with, “Hello, I’m Johnny Cash.”
