  1. “gong duet”
I keep wanting to pick out my favorite bits and then I keep finding more that are my new favorite bits. Although, “Only felons may kill the oafish audience members” and “Darnelle, did you have a burrito for lunch?” are current standouts.

Trying to keep a straight face while the singer shakes his ass She’s wondering if it’s natural or he learned to be that crass But if it’s got beat – and you can dance If it’s got beat – beat me But if it’s got beat – and you can dance If it’s got beat – beat me Into submission Standing on the dance floor like some tribal cinderella She ain’t looking for a woman, she [ Find more Lyrics at www.

  2. In 1 they did not tell us what type of mute we were using. Are we supposed to use a straight mute, cup mute, wow wow mute, bucket mute or a felt bag! It would change the whole feel of the piece depending which we use! How am I supposed to play my trumpet if I don’t know what they want.
Also where is the cow bell? I think the penguins might have taken it.

    1. It’s not even musically possible. You would have to find a way to put 4 half notes that don’t overlap into one 4/4 measure, and you’d need to find a way to play them in that bar, but back in the last system and also in the next one.

    1. Basically I just put the first two measures of this into finale… which wouldn’t do this justice at all (especially since I don’t know how to do instrumentation and scoring (That’s what you get for being a vocalist) but it sounds like something that five 4 year olds would play on a piano… Except that the music was written down..

  7. you can (sort of) listen to this composition
you can (sort of) listen to this composition: found a midi of “Faerie’s Aire and Death Waltz.”
    http://10e.org/file/death.mid
it was on a japanese-language blog, titled “2ch news flash vip blog.” the transcriber has ignored all text (including vaguely comprehensible tempo and volume notes, like “fffff”) and input only the notes themselves. nonetheless, a valiant effort — and yes, it sounds just the way you expect.
here’s the blog’s address, in case you want to thank the author:

That MIDI actually doesn’t sound half bad! Sounds a lot better than you’d think from reading the music.

In section A, I’m wondering how you can play “with much passionfruit” and “through a frog” and “everyone rotate chairs” and “sleep for 2 bars” all at the same time. i love this
