they’re actually all over in most stores. they’re reusable, collapsable cones in case of spills. like, whoa.

I see these on almost every support pillar in Sprawl Mart.

Isn’t that a fire blanket? I assume you use it to smother someone that’s on fire.
Alternate uses would be to smother annoying mall walkers that even the tortoise flips the finger to for occupying the fast lane.
