out of all of those closure reasons, “no hot water” frightens me the most.

It’s actually one of the more benign ones
They just basically close down because their water heater conks out, and it’s usually for less than a day. Of course if they ran for a week without hot water and then the health dept found OUT that would be scary monsters.
