So, thanksgiving. Went to the house of some old friends of the family, really nice people we’ve known since 19 diggity two. Good food, good conversation.
The party included:
- An astrophysicist
- A professional classical guitarist
- One member of an all-girl Iron Maiden tribute band
- A patent attorney and biologist who specializes in biotechnology intellectual property
- me
- my mom
- my mom’s friend, the lady of the house
Not your typical face-stuffing with the relatives.
