My neighborhood eccentric is a middle-aged man, tanned and completely smooth, with very large prescription glasses. He is always on inline skates. His name is OC PHILLY PHIL.

He has made many, many videos. Almost all of them show him skating. He used to post musical ones that were all the same, with the lyrics “LOVE IS REAL LOVE IS BEAUTIFUL.”

Today, he appears to be in a tree pranking cars and engaging the local youth in conversation. Hi Phil!

Reddit is usually a huge flaming pain in the ass but some bits are good. This collection of difficult YouTube videos is pretty good. Four hours of someone babbling in a Gumby suit is only for the serious enthusiast, but some of the shorter ones are okay for beginners. Beginners in psychosis, I mean.
