The white peaches are very good this year. Locals be advised, do not get them at the Ralphs; they’re hard like rocks and preseeded with flies and expensive. Go to Trader Joes.

I call it “Namaste Pozole”. I made a casserole of chana dal with Soyrizo and tomato, topped with cheese. Came out great. Nrrryygmgmgmg. Also romaine salad. An accidentally vegan vegetarian (oops, cheese) meal and so good.
