I think I’ll end up living there some day. Gentrification has begun, though. There’s an American Apparel on Broadway and the redevelopment plans are just a wee bit anti-Mexican. Don’t want to be part of that problem.

the boxing club got a new sign! does that mean it’s…still a boxing club? I had no idea, I figured it went out of business in like 1948.
