1. That’s a bigass jellyfish.
    One of the “special” dishes you can get at a good dimsum place is jellyfish and crispy pork.
    Somebody’s gonna hafta kill ’em some peeeugs.

  2. could one fry jellyfish rings in beer batter or tempura batter and serve with garlic aioli? (or some wasabi/vinegar sauce?)
    or would they be just too damn rubbery.
    i wonder if you could stuff and bake whole jellyfish in big pans.
    or maybe the thought of eating a jellyfish is just too gross not matter what the camouflage.
