Beneath the Valley of You’ve Got Sleepless Mail in Seattle

NO.

Variety reports that Topher Grace will star in an untitled Harold Ramis (“Groundhogs Day”) comedy that will be based on the popular web service, Friendster.com. Gustin Nash will pen the screenplay.

Topher will play a character that will utilize the website, as well as instant messaging and camera phones, as he looks for love on the Internet.

  1. Sounds bad, but it’s Harold Ramis. It could actually be funny and well-done. And yeah, maybe Topher will get socked in the balls enough for it to be entertaining.

    1. Re: You’ve Got a Shitty Movie!
Well, considering that that movie was a remake of “The Good Old Summertime” with Judy Garland(1950?), and that movie was a remake of “The Shop Around the Corner” with Margaret Sullivan and James Stewart (1940?), it wouldn’t surprise me 😀

  2. My problem with the whole thing can be summed up in one word: TOPHER. Puh-fucking-leaze. I like him. I think he’s adorable. Don’t get me wrong. But TOPHER. It’s all wrong. He is clearly a Christopher Grace, not a TOPHER. He’s too Dorky Whitebread to be a TOPHER.
