Unibroue’s Édition 2004 ale is a delicious Belgian-style brown ale. Nice big spicy flavor, beautiful dark golden color, I find no fault with it.
It is also 10.5% alcohol.

I really want to try some La Bolduc from them… I only just found out about it when I was doing some googling for her (and her real name, Mary Travers). A good beer for a good singer!!
