I got my powerbook back from Apple today. They fixed it in the theoretical minimum amount of time it could possibly have taken. Major praise due.
Then I went to get coffee, where the process of obtaining one medium caffe latte involved the participation of two employees and the manager, a long discussion about milk temperatures, and the final delivery of the wrong product 10 minutes later.
all i ever hear about apple recently is praise.
makes me wonder why i’d never buy one.

Cant that PB do latte’s for you yet… I thought Apples were supposed to be user friendly (on a theoretical side note…i would TOTALLY buy a palm and or PB accessory that made coffe for me… wouldnt you?)
