In Newport, of course, on Jamboree. A little Ford Focus with a bumpersticker that said I MISS PRESIDENT REAGAN and a “Reagan Country” license plate holder.
The driver was a very normal-looking guy, only about 25.

I saw someone somewhat young driving a car with a bumper sticker that read : VIET NAM, WE WERE WINNIN WHEN I LEFT!
and I kind of want that on a t-shirt, because it’s so absurd.

i’ll go with the driving someone else’s car thing… like when i drove the mustang with the lisense place that read “dirty old men need love too” that used to belong to my grandfather =P
