Sauteed scallops with cracked pepper and sesame seeds over Lundberg Wild Blend rice cooked in broth with saffron. Not pictured: Stirfried green beans with tangerine sauce and cashews.

    i should webcam this salad I made the other day. Not as pretty as yours but it’s mostly purple and green, which stimps and I agree is the ideal color combination. 😉
