Because sometimes, even in Orange County, even when you’re rich as hell, even when your dad is an Assistant Sheriff, even when the Sheriff himself is a corrupt sonofa bitch and the D.A. is in his pocket, even when the arresting department is the Newport Beach P.D., even when you hire the nastiest legal team and private investigators and slime your victim, even when you plead mental illness and exhaustion, SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO GO TO JAIL FOR RAPING A DRUGGED FIFTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL WITH FOREIGN OBJECTS AND VIDEOTAPING IT.

on a related note, have you heard all the hullabaloo about Allen Stokke’s (haidl’s lawyer) daughter? (apparently she goes to nhhs, and is a total p.o.a.). Stokke is also the attorney who recently defended the cop who jazzed all over that dancer during a traffic stop in Laguna Beach. that guy is a real winner.

Wow. I’d heard about that girl but hadn’t seen the pic or realized that she was an NHHS kid, much less that guy’s daughter.
I feel really bad for her. First, that dad. Then, the internet “attention.” Someone needs to get her armed so she can do a Ms. 45.
