I believe that video games should hurt.

And therefore I’m glad that “Penn and Teller’s Smoke and Mirrors” isn’t a tall tale, but an actual video game for Sega as revealed and torrented by Waxy today.

I really, really want to play “Desert Bus” but I don’t think there are enough stimulants in the world to get me where I’d need to be, to win it.

  1. The truth about Desert Bus is that you do indeed get one point for successfully getting to Vegas. They were going to have a contest for whoever had the most points was going to win… something. The rumor I heard was that it was a bus trip to Vega to see their show, but I dunno for sure.
The game is full of other cool genre-breaking stuff — like, for example when you hit the pause button, instead of just pausing the action, instead you’re treated to a two-minute, unskippable video of Penn & Teller eating pizza. After two minutes, the game starts again.
